Naturalize app #121

Need to naturalize the app for various langauges. English and Spanish first.

@reustonium the way we did this on the Cordova app was just having look up tables based on system language. Does that fit with what you were thinking?

android has really nice localization methods that just looks at @strings_en or @strings_es

@aztec8 did some language conversion on Saturday for strings_es. I'm not familiar with what the next step is for submitting the Spanish version of the app on the play store. I'll look into it more.

This won't make it in before the conference this weekend. Removing from milestone.
