Add suport for embedding posts in arbitrary websites #274

So just like with tweets, we need to be able to support a "embed this" link on the moderator site.

I think this should audio generate a small amount of code that creates the post, very similar to how twitter does it.

I've got some ideas on the best way to do this, and I think it should be pretty straight forward.

This is high priority.
