This library implements the initial specification of E1.31 (sACN). If I remember correctly, Universe Discovery was added to a later revision of the protocol (2019?), therefore this is not implemented in this library at the moment.

I'm using ANSI E1.31 — 2018 and here is mentioned about discovery. It would be nice to add this functionality as well. If I have a time I will make it and PR.
