Add some of the command line options of muonic to the GUI so that they can be 
changed wile running the program.

Right now, e.g. the timewindow. of course only those which you might want to 
change while running muonic.

Options are integrated in an menu for advanced options in the settings part of 
the menu. Contains: gatewidth, interval for the rate plot/processincoming, 
notstatus option and pulsefile option.
Requesting testing and QA checks.
