request of conversion script for muonics "L" (mu-decay) file to xy points #25

For the student's lab course (Fortgeschrittenenpraktikum) a request was made 
concerning muonics muondecay feature:

"We would like to have the xy points of the histogram on a logarithmic scale, 
so that this can be fitted linearily with some spreadsheet calculation program" 

For that it might be best to provide a conversion script and put it under 
"analysis_scripts" as this issue is not directly connected to muonic itself.

muonic_L_file -> histogram_file
