version 3 because version 4 is not compatible to freefair lombok plugin add configuration to generate html report instead of xml

Spotbugs Plugin Version >= 4 ist inkompatibel zum Lombok Plugin. Quelle Mit Version <= 4 können wir nicht arbeiten, da so immer noch keine Klassen gelesen werden können. Quelle
