Improve usability of SimB

Improve usability of SimB:

• Switch view with SimB model and SimB activations to left-hand side; thus move SimB checks to right-hand side or even to a separate window
• Allow user to create a default SimB simulation; or even set a SimB simulation by default (maybe one with always choose the first enabled possibility, similar to JeB)
• Allow user to modify SimB simulation in SimB directly - therefore, do not implement a JSON editor, but rather make the TableView with the SimB activations modifiable
• Move loading SimB traces and external simulation as a separate advanced option

• Move Toolbar to Top of SimB
