ambigious badge assignment for status groups leads to wrong counts #382

Currently it seems as if users can be assigned to more than one status group. In my case, if I vote on an issue, the "Stimmen nach Benutzergruppen" adds a vote for "Fakultätsrat" as well as a vote for "Doktoranden".

Two problems:

  1. this means the total number of votes does not fit with the sum of votes displayed in "Stimmen nach Benutzergruppen" - the former is less than the latter
  2. I do not think that this is actually desired behaviour. In my memory we specified that each user is assigned to exactly one status group. So if I am assigned to status group Fakultätsrat my vote should not count anywhere else. Alternatively, given that Fakultätsrat consists of diverse status groups, we might split the visualisation and report votes by status group which would include my vote in "Mitarbeiter" , and report separately how only the members of the Fakultätsrat have voted at the moment.

a related issue is #381

Maybe we should clarify the label Stimmen nach Benutzergruppen, but other than that, the side display is intended to show how the professors or PhD students think about a certain proposal. Why shouldn't my vote be counted there just because I'm in the Fakultätsrat as well?

Ok - then my suggestion is we should just visually separate the Fak-Rat-Vote - put it at the end with a line above saying: "Mitglieder des Fakultätsrats haben bislang so abgestimmt"

Probably it would help to give the number of votes for each user status and also for the joins of user status' where user votes have been calculated as well.

Can't we just state:

"Einzelne Teilnehmer können zu mehr als einer der oben genannten Gruppen gehören."
