Upgrading CanHub/Android-Image-Cropper to v4.x #64

Hey @hhunaid, First off, great library! Best one for custom cropping UI.

I'm facing one of the issues mentioned in the android native cropper lib, [BUG] - Not working on Vivo phones. The maintainer has fixed this on the latest version, v4x of the library. But it has some breaking changes (as per release notes) Do we have plans on upgrading to v4?
