README said it was not supposed to work with local files but per this issue (https://github.com/hhunaid/react-native-image-crop-tools/issues/16) and this stack overflow answer (https://stackoverflow.com/a/68296542/3134918) it's the opposite. Updating the README to be accurate about this.
