3 months ago After some more digging, and learning since I'm new to this, turns out that scraping recipes from Recteq.com poses significant challenges due to:
- Dynamic Content Loading. The website uses JavaScript to load recipe content dynamically, fetching data via an API (eg. https://cdn.contentful.com/spaces/px41boz6f9at/environments/master/entries?sys.id=6vgEx5uWWV2b4o1I6o461x). This content is not present in the initial HTML.
- Lack of Recipe Schema: Recteq does not implement Recipe Schema.
I have sent an email to Recteq's customer support line, with this information, hoping that they take my recommendation to implement Recipe Schema. At this point I think this needs to be put on hold.
Please add support for scraping recteq.com. Thanks in advance.
