Update Icons on Website #98

It seems that the icon pack we have for social media links is outdated (or at least the link is broken?)

I think the icons used could be similar to these: https://themes.gohugo.io/themes/starter-hugo-academic/

We should update them - or at least document better how to find the right icons and where.
