According to Docker's official best practice, I made few modifications to combine multiple commands and remove apt cache after hhvm installation.

Before: 472.9MB
After: 426.2MB - 10% smaller

Thanks, this looks great; just to check before I merge it: I've just added Facebook's usual PATENTS and LICENSE files. Given you've already signed our CLA, this should be fine, but just want to make sure you're aware of that first.
