Make tags for nightly builds public #198

Why not do it in the same place for nightlies? (more generally, it seems desirable to unify as much of the nightly vs non-nightly build scripts as we can, like you did for the Mac builds)

Could do; just means they're available sooner. For release builds, they need to be after the binaries for when it's security updates
