Outdated type aliases doc after banning of partially abstract type constants #1324

Where is the problem?

The last code block, where an example of the "as" constraint is given.

What is the problem?

It gives an invalid example. If I write it, my hack linter says: "as constraints are only legal on abstract type constants".

Please don't change anything below this point.
