初始化开发环境报错

重现步骤

1. 代码仓库对应master 已经安装好所有依赖,数据库版本是mysql8.0 archery创建字符是utf8mb4
2. 执行python3 manage.py makemigrations sql 成功
3. 执行python3 manage.py migrate失败报错

预期外的结果

django.db.utils.OperationalError: (1071, 'Specified key was too long; max key length is 3072 bytes')
