Default values for most variables were clearly wrong (APP_BASE_URL) and the cd should be up front so as to contextualise the .joplinrc source.

Absolutely d'accord and sorry you had to work with my obviously unfinished commit. One should not finish anything on the hop ... Thank's for fixing!
