for the first version, I don't bother to manage update mechanism, which reduces a lot of task.

each data consists of

title (its seasons and their episodes)
season (one of title's seasons)
episode (one of season's episodes)

(we don't even keep videos here)

by pressing search icon in each card, user returns to search dialog with setTitleInitSeasons, setEpisodeInitVideos and setEpisodeInitSubtitles for TvonlineWrapper and SpringfieldWrapper.
