Good day ! I send some fixes and updates

Can change SDK version and fix compile samples
Enable support hiphy_driver_SMSC_a for external Eth PHY (I tested - LAN8710, RTL8201 and IP101)
Add support hi3518v100-mpp2-1.0.B.0

Also need enable SMSC driver in kernel config CONFIG_SMSC_PHY=y
