Cannot Add Web Reference to WSDL #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Right Click References
2.Click "Add Web Reference"
3.Put in Local FilePath

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to be able to select "Add Reference".  Instead I am seeing a 
message that says:  "There was an error downloading 'Desktop\salesforce-
dotnet-0.1\salesforce-dotnet-0-1'.
Access to the path 'Desktop\salesforce-dotnet-0.1\salesforce-dotnet-0-1' 
is denied.
Access to the path 'Desktop\salesforce-dotnet-0.1\

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Developer Edition, OS:  Vista x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Figured out what I was doing wrong!  Just needed to follow the instructions on 
the
home page for the project!
