Revert https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-models/issues/70

It causes a lot of challenges. This was mostly needed for XML[1], for which I did https://github.com/hibernate/hibernate-models/issues/73

[1] I think it makes logical sense to always wrap repeatables, but it led to uncertainties in some of the API
