Installing with pip doesn't work #1

Whenever I try to install using pip it says: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement nekobot ERROR: No matching distribution found for nekobot.

is it a local problem or a problem with the libary?

reuploaded to pypi and fixed
