Can you move the project to other MCU which more cheaper and without operating system #1

I'm very intresting about Hijack project, and i found you use tinyos base on 
msp430F1611. i think we can decrease the cost by move the code to non-os mcu, 
just as, some 8051 or avr, pic and so on. Did you try doing that? 
For android platform, did you meet some big issue, i found you don't submit 
android source until now, it's a long time.
