URL not Allowing to add one for overlay #121

i get this error if anyone can work out what it means ?

This is so-common issue of OverlayPlugin, but this issue couldn't figured out and wasn't solved ;(

Its a firewall issue. Turn the firewall off, try it again. If it works, you have to re-add the exception to the Firewall. (after turning it back on.)

Windows is bad. Nothing new there.
