also implemented zone.replace replacing english zone names to korean is old workaround for ancient FFXIV_Plugin versions anyway

since it's unmaintained over four years, and it was only effective while back there's no opcode shuffling (so no Korean .dll separated), it's ok to remove this feature entirely, but anyway good for goodness...
