Usability of command tab #23

I think the command tab would be most useful if each command tab corresponds to exactly one MAD-X instance, so the MAD-X instance/model can be acessed as a global variable from the corresponding tab. I really like the idea of opening a new frame for each model and new tabs only for each view of the same model.
