Aligning mirko and madgui display is important for tests. If using SROTATION to rotate beam local coordinate system around beam axis, this is automatically fulfilled.

TODO: create ticket for broken MAD-X SROTATION command

The instabilities reported in the first ticket were fixed. There is a successor ticket regarding the computation of the correct functions.
