It looks like the matching inside MAD-X uses a position after the drawn constraint marker. Furthermore, selecting elements in the GUI doesn't behave quite as nice as expected.
Possible causes:
maybe MAD-X uses a different element offset (entry/center/exit) than assumed by MadGUI
the element.at value is used incorrectly in MadGUI (was updated in PyMAD to denote the element entry). In particular, I suspect element_by_position to be incorrect.
