"Lock" plot windows #12

Add maybe a toolbar button or similar to let the user "Lock" a plot or the curves in a plot, i.e. keep them as is when new data gets in as the model is updated in the workspace.

This would be a nice feature. In Tao there is the option of copying the "model" lattice to a "base" lattice so that one can then change parameters in the model lattice and plot the difference between the model and the base.
