NFT sold by 1 TEZ by the creator - sells out - someone resells by 25 TEZ - the original page shows 25 TEZ without indicating whether the creator set that price or someone else did
NFT sold by 4 TEZ - not sold out - someone resells by 145 TEZ - the original page shows 145 while there are still purchasable by 4 - this sounds like an actual bug
NFT put online for free - someone resells it by 10 TEZ - appears on the original page as 10 TEZ
All these cases seem problematic because paint the creator in a completely different light, without any of their control.
In my opinion, it could be fixed if there were a button for sale from the creator [ collect for X TEZ ] / [ not for sale ] and a button for secondary market [ collect for Y TEZ from a different collector ].
EDIT: I've just seen that this behaviour exists in the collectors tab: it shows the [collect for X TEZ] from each owner. So it could be just as simple as using the same pattern but show the creator's price in the info tab
