Awesome! 🔥
This would be an absolute game changer. If there’s anything I can do to help nudge this along please let me know!
I agree, this would be amazing!
regarding donations I would be very cautious with philanthropic actions ongoing in the platform. I find that we should help build communities being fundamental for those institutions to connect. even though a decentralized protocol can ofc enable ppl to self organize. a multisignature is being developed which support such features while still experimenting with NFTs. updates are gonna be shared in https://github.com/hicetnunc2000/commonx

That looks amazing @violetforest ! Any idea of when is this feature going to be available?
What I want to achieve When I sell an NFT I would like to send automatically part of the earnings to another wallet as a donation and/or because of a collaboration.
Describe the solution you'd like Donation case: This would be very useful to make automatic donations, like to https://trees.org/crypto/ (if they will support also Tezos). In this way I can say that "each NFT plant trees" and the smart contract can be a proof of that. In this way the owner cannot change idea later and keep all the earnings (prevent scams).
Collaboration case: Another use can would be being able to split earnings with one or more artists, in the case of a collaboration.
In both cases would be necessary to enter one or more addresses and a percentage, so a smart contract can automagically send part of the earning according to the values decided at the moment of the minting. Royalties would be also split accordingly to those percentages, with an additional option.
Example combining both use cases: Me: 50% (automatically calculated)
Describe alternatives you've considered In the future would be nice to be co-authors of the same NFT, but I believe this would be more complicated to implement and won't solve the "donation" situation. So I think the solution proposed could achieve more goals at once and be easier and faster to implement.
