Cross-row skew reference in RSU Sheet for Post-merger Short Term Gain #111

v0.1.6 has a cross-row skew reference (should be referencing row 7 but is referencing row 8, and that offset propagates down)..

Fixed it in-place for the shared sheets - need to fix in the repo.
