Add/Create Doc for Users to Provide to CPA for Tax Prep

Myself and many users struggle with grasping the full complicated scope of filing our 2023 taxes. We need to create a concise doc for users to read, understand, and hand off to their preferred CPA to articulate for navigating an individual's tax scenarios.

My suggestion is to crowdsource this doc.

Example 1: Listing the problem statements. For example: ETrade incorrectly treated the VMW to AVGO as a dividend ETrade incorrectly taxed Non-Resident Aliens through dividend taxes ETrade incorrectly provided cost basis ETrade provided 1099 & 1099B's are incorrect *Dell distributions in 2018 and 2021 impact on one's cost basis

Example 2: Providing steps to guide CPA's Summary for user-completed "VMW_to_AVGO_ESPP_and_RSU" sheet and provide Summary for how to decide if one is impacted by 2018 or 2021 Dell Distributions, impacting cost-basis Summary of how to calculate cost basis in lieu of etrade's failures
