Add known problem - some users do not have lot information from eTrade even in the 1099

Talking to Giampiero, I've found there are people where all the release and purchase confirmation docs are absent, and even on their 1099-B from eTrade there's no individual lot information.

The only place the data is recorded is in the history of benefits spreadsheet
