invalid charset #41

The default charset of some pages is: iso-8859-1

If the torrents name have non english characters (e.g. russian), names of 
toorents displays incorrectly.

If use default charset: "utf-8" - all names look pretty good :)

Maybe use "charset" option in config.php? Or charset=utf-8 - default for 
all pages?

I had meant to change all the pages to UTF-8 - will try and fix for next 
version..

Hopefully fixed in 0.2.6 - pages now UTF-8
