so this has happened to me three times. the second time i installed gentoo
it took me a while, but by some un-reproducible miracle, i got it to work.
but that install failed so i had to tank it, thinking i could get it to
work again...no luck. same use flags, everything. is there some perl
package i need or something else?
using the xmlrpc client i tested the calls, everything should work. i also
tested the http://localhost/RPC2/ it exists, there shouldnt be a problem.
this is not a unicode/utf-8 or filename problem.
what is weird is it is able to get the current upload and download speeds.
in the debug tab it returns "array(0){}"
thanks
