If rounding is enabeld, the stop time might be in the future after you did stop the timer. If you start another timer after that, the start time is set to now, resutling in overlapping times.

If starting a timer and tracked time for the given user exists, that would overlap with the current start time, the newly started timer should be stet to the neares possible start time. This results in negative times at first, but the display could be enhanced to "wating for start slot (countdown)"
