Spanish traslation and locale #140

The project does not have translations for Spanish-speaking locations

es-US : United State ==> latin Spanish es-ES : Spain ==> Spanish es-AR : Argentine ==> neutral Spanish

or just the ES group.

Yes, right, but i know no one who is able to speak spanish to translate it for us. If you want, feel free to contribute and translate it, a pull request would be really appreciated.

The language files are located here: https://github.com/hicknhack-software/redmine_time_tracker/tree/master/config/locales, if one is missing, just copy one of the others and rename it.

Hi Robert,

I build the pull request to add the file "es-AR.yml" Coming soon I'll add the translations for the locale "es-ES" and "es-US".
