Create es-AR.yml translation #147

Translation without verbs containing the letter "ñ" without spelling accents added. Nor Spanglish is used, leaving the fully Anglicized style Spanish translations. But we can not say that the locale is "es_ES" because we do not use verbs typical of the Iberian region. Imperatives and potential modes are also used, so we can not say that it is locale "es_US", where the neutral Castelleno used.

Major translations: Time Tracker = Control de Tiempo Booking = Reserva de Tiempo Timelog = Registro de Tiempo

With only small changes we can make to the content locale es-US and es-ES or es.yml.

Thank you for your contribution, i would instantly merged your request, but there is one problem. As far as i can tell, there is not es-AR language in the standard redmine project selecteble, so as long as you don't want to translate that as well, i suggest we take it easy and just call it es.yml, even if there are some regional differences within. If you think, you can't live with that, then i suggest you should take a look at this and translate redmine too: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_translate_Redmine_in_your_own_language

So please decide for either way and i will happily merge your pull request :)
