Plugin not usable when javascript is deactivated. #160

It is not possible to book tracked time from the time tracker when javascript is deactivated.

Tested with Safari 7.03, OSX 10.9.2

@arBmind, @mstarke: Is the plugin intended to work without javascript?

As far as i know, this plugin was never intended to work without javascript. We leave it like this for now, unless someone complains that he needs that deparatly.
