Show exisiting bookings on creating bookings from a timelog #170

This is a direct successor of #161. The fixed used there is only a server side validation. Would be better, if we show the user some kind of information, which timebookings already exist.

Should be only done, if #168 is discussed

This is no longer relevant in the new version because of the new 1 to 1 connection between logs and bookings.
