Modify the localization of zh-TW. #204

Add some translations and fix some translation errors.

Sorry for not responding earlier, time was rather limited. But anyways, thank you for your contribution :)

In other news we are working on a rewrite of this project (and we are nearly done with it), would be great if you could contribute the chinese localisation there too.
