Usability problem with permissions & modules

When creating a time log from the global tracker section, all issues in the tracker are listed. If I select an issue that I don't have the permission to book time to (or its project doesn't have tracker module enabled) the timer starts but it's impossible to stop (error message, you don't have permissions...). Requests:

• Make sure there's ALWAYS a way to stop / delete a time log, no matter what
• If it's a functional requirement to be able to have timelogs on things that I cannot book, make the error message a little less obtrusive.

Well, i think the main problem here is the issue field for an active timetracker.

• first: it lets you select issues, where you cant book time and even start the timer with these.
• second: it seems like there is no way to empty the issue field, once there is a value in it.
