UTF-8 problem with automatic comments #41

If I start a timer from the global tracker tab, using the issue autocomplete, the comment field gets autocompleted with the issue title, but utf-8 characters are replaced with "?". Requests:

1) Don't autocomplete issue title, it's redundant 2) Test utf-8

the new time tracker handling improved the ticket subject replication issue. You are able to add custom comments as well.

utf-8 issues are not reproducable here.
