Add buttons for context menu actions: Book, Edit, Delete, ... #52

All actions on time entries or bookings are hidden in context menus. These should be discoverable through buttons as well.

Logs and bookings list view has buttons now for booking, edit and delete. Resume for bookings is missing, because of #59. When this is consistent implemented, they will get buttons for it.
