We need better documentation #9

Tutorial explaining:

  1. the data format
  2. how to load it
  3. why filtering ?
  4. Normalization.
  5. io

Most definitely so! Just a link to a website with the documentation or citation to a manuscript would be a great improvement.

I did see the link, but the page seems to be "PASTIS: POISSON-BASED ALGORITHM FOR STABLE INFERENCE OF DNA STRUCTURE" whose connection to iced is not clear. I was more thinking of http://members.cbio.mines-paristech.fr/~nvaroquaux/iced/tutorial/index.html
