[Request]: Change "Create Thread" button and copy to "+ Create"

Description

I'm suggesting that we change the "create thread" button's copy for contests to something thats more generic. The ski community was confused on why they need to click "create thread" in order to post a meme in a meme contest.

Change the button's copy and the "create thread" copy on the next page to "+ Create"
