Describe the bug

I talked to @dillchen and he's mentioned that we want the following to work in the long term with MDXEditor:

• frames + embeds

These might be implemented through the same mechanism.

With embeds if you paste/type and embed link then we replace the URL with the embed code.

• spoilers

Similar to Reddit spoilers

• mentions

@mentions that are autocompleted from the list of users the user has mentioned before.

maybe hashtags

• also potentially slash commands...
