update contest card [need design input]

Description

Currently, one of the main internal and external complaints we have with contests is that the contest banner does not provide enough information for someone participating in the contest - how do they participate, how do they win?

Suggestion is to provide this information within the topic that the contest is on:

• it can be a tool tip or explainer that the user can click out of. I like the pump.fun "how it works" which is visible clearly.
• The "how it works" can either be part of the contest card or be within topics that contests are active
• On clicking "how it works" user should see a pop-up
• The content of the popup should be: Step 1: post a thread in topics with active contests Step 2: Share and get upvotes Step 3: Win prizes when contest ends
