Support Keplr mobile (via WalletConnect) #5577

Description

As a Cosmos user, I want to be able to sign into CW with the Keplr mobile app

Acceptance Criteria

I can sign into my Cosmos-address accounts on my phone, and do things on CW.

Additional context

Keplr mobile app is typically integrated with dapps via WalletConnect

Estimating high at 8 due to unknowns, but there is a chance this will be much smaller since we already use walletconnect

Product's answer: (from Slack) Makes sense to add it to the web3modal if we can confirm that web3modal works effectively with keplr+leap. Iissues with some of the other ecosystems in web3modal were surfaced in the initial spike on it, please touch base with @ianrowan to confirm or even better Ian can add any considerations here, kudasai.

Maybe don't need to use WalletConnect.

There may be a way to do it without WalletConnect, however it might take a spike to figure out. Last I saw, they don't support signArbitrary OOTB, but worth a follow-up.
